Barongko Pisang


Bahan
8 buah pisang kepok kuning matang (bisa diganti pisang tanduk)
2 butir telur, kocok lepas
50 gram gula pasir
¼ sdt garam
¼ sdt vanilli
100 ml santan kental
Daun pisang secukupnya untuk membungkus

Cara Membuat
  1. Potong-potong pisang lalu haluskan.
  2. Tambahkan bahanlainnya, lalu aduk rata.
  3. Ambil selembar daun pisang, masukan 3 sdm adonan, bungkus. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
  4. Kukus hingga matang (30 menit). Angkat dan sajikan.
